Aliens scared the crap out of me when I was a kid. Why a seven year-old boy was exposed to such a violent film is another thing entirely, but regardless the creatures in the Alien universe haunted my nightmares. Watching the film now (and it’s prequel), I can see the utter genius involved, and how the creature may be the most perfect villain ever created.
And for those of you with little kids who want to expose them to face-hugging aliens, I suggest checking out Aliens on Ice! It’s like Aliens, but colder and with more ice skates. Read a review of the show here.
