When the announcer said, “many men have a small problem…” I thought he was about to say something else. Something that hits a little closer to home. Anyway, AXE does it again with another funny commercial - this time about the troubling “premature perspiration.”

Brooklyn’s own Theophilus London stops by the AXE Lounge in the Hamptons for a great performance of his soul pop single, “Last Name London.”

With the holidays fast approaching, it’s imperative you don’t give someone something dirty.  One of my great friends, Emmanuel Sanchez, is a clean-freak and I mistakenly gave him some DVDs that were covered in dust last Christmas.  He got incredibly angry and didn’t enjoy being a dirty Sanchez.  This year, with the help of AXE, I’m going to make sure every ball sack, Adam Halfpint, lollypop, bald-headed hermit, donut holder, Peruvian firestick, Jesus Christ Supershaft, elephant trunk, blind snake, yogurt cannon, upright citizen, tapioca sprinkler, pork sword, magic wand, herculean lizard, dangling participle, and frightful hog I give this holiday is as clean as possible.

Go Balls Out

By Adam Ferguson

I can’t get enough of these spots.  AXE does it again as they try to clear up the confusion as to how their AXE Detailer cleans balls.  And after watching this spot, I think it’s safe to assume I’d be able to use the Detailer to clean my dad’s balls.  (He got them dirty while on tour in Vietnam and hasn’t really made the effort to polish them since.)

AXE Shower also sponsored Jamie Kennedy’s “Uncomfortable” premiere party at the Drai (W Hollywood).  Photos of sexy people (with, I’m assuming, clean balls) at the party after the jump.

Dirty Details

By Thomas Gallant

Last Saturday, some of my more adventurous friends and I completed the Warrior Dash.  Dubbed “The craziest frickin’ day of your life,” it was a tough challenge to pass up.  The course is approximately three miles long, the first half of which is essentially straight up the side of a mountain.  We climbed over walls, ran through tires, crawled through tunnels, swam through a swamp, and of course jumped over fire.

Women in Showers

By Adam Ferguson

Look deep enough into my apartment, and you’re bound to find a portal into a famous celebrity’s head.  There are things in my abode that shouldn’t exist.  My apartment appears to have been built as an afterthought in the general design of the building.  Hallways twist back on themselves, the inside width is larger than the external width, and the water in my kitchen sink flows upwards.  But the strangest part of my apartment is the bathroom.

It’s beautiful.  Stunningly so.  It’s as if Lord Hanuman himself designed it.  Lined with marble, a sink designed by the same folks who built the fountain at the Bellagio, a toilet paper dispenser placed at the perfect height and distance.  It’s truly a masterpiece. While I’m in there I forget the rest of my apartment is a dump.

It’s so glorious that, when she wades through my stacks of porn and Hello Kitty lamps, my girlfriend enjoys taking a shower at my place.  (She always makes me stand outside the door and feed her grapes while she’s in there.)  Though, according to this interesting study, it may have something to do with the products I keep in there, not the fact that my shower head dispenses lavender scented gold coins…

Having been to the AXE Lounge in Southampton (read about that adventure here), I can attest to its greatness.  But the knowledge that the beautiful Katrina Bowden from 30 Rock was at the club last weekend, may have elevated the club to stratospheric proportions.

My list of celebrities I’d break up with my girlfriend for is currently two people long.  And because of that whole “remain 500 yards away at all times” thing that Charlize Theron threw down on me a few years ago, Katrina Bowden is really the only person on the list.  As the aloof Cerie on 30 Rock, I lied to my girlfriend and told her I watched the show for the witty banter and clever plot devices.  But, in truth, it was always for a weekly fix of Katrina Bowden as Cerie.

I haven’t seen too many interviews with Ms. Bowden, but in the one above, she comes off as down-to-Earth, nice, and very un-aloof.

Undie Run

By Adam Ferguson

Having attended the illustrious University of Miami, I assumed all college kids spent their days surrounded by tanned and mostly naked coeds.  This doesn’t seem to be the case, as my friends who went to Cornell have pointed out.  But if I learned anything while at school, it was that mostly naked girls = awesome.

So when AXE told me about their Undie Run Challenge, I was all ears.  Over 29,000 half-naked humanitarians across the nation ran in their skivvies for the AXE Undie Run Challenge.  AXE hosted the even on 10 college campuses on 10 different parts of the country.  At each run, students literally took the clothes off their backs to support a local charity which provides resources to the area’s homeless.  Since April 30, a total of 19,340 pounds of clothing and $50,000 have been donated to these organizations.

Here are some of the hotties from ASU in action.

The Hamptons Come Alive (Again)

By Adam Ferguson

Based on my yearly income, I shouldn’t be allowed to drive on the Long Island Expressway, let alone make it all the way out to the Hamptons.  But I made it out there last year, and by the looks of how things went down over Memorial Day, this summer may just be another season of wildness at the AXE Lounge.

The Southampton celeb-hotspot located at 1181 North Sea Rd, saw the likes of Bryan Greenberg (How to Make It in America), Kelly Bensimon (Real Housewives of New York), and Tinsley Mortimer over the weekend.  In other words, you won’t find people who have specific names for their hairstyles or their abs running amok and punching each other in the face.  So if you can make it out to Southampton this summer, I highly recommend checking out the AXE Lounge.
